Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances, goals, and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide effective interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during critical moments to ensure client safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in meaningful collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide holistic care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mental health treatment to enhance service delivery.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to refine clinical skills and share best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will encounter a diverse array of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
