Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to thoroughly evaluate each patient's individual history and treatment needs.

• Utilize effective therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver evidence-based care.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions to support patients in processing their trauma experiences and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate diligently with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to streamline integrated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as needed, ensuring timely support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, available resources, and the therapeutic process.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of patient records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities designed around trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including survivors of abuse, accidents, and military experiences. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing tailored therapy that respects their unique experiences and needs. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
