Work Environment\n

As a remote outpatient facility, our team enjoys the flexibility of a work-from-home structure while engaging in meaningful interactions with clients via teletherapy. The role typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet client needs. Within our collaborative framework, you will work alongside psychiatrists and other mental health professionals who are equally committed to trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories and formulate effective treatment plans conducive to their recovery.

• Implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based, utilizing methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through their healing journeys, helping them develop coping strategies, and fostering a supportive environment for open expression.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling preferred.
