As a remote outpatient provider, you will be interacting with patients through telehealth services, supplemented by in-office consultations when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform trauma-informed mental health assessments to establish patients' trauma history and appropriate treatment interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, incorporating resilience-building strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that encourage patients to process their trauma effectively and develop coping strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and appropriate responses.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborative care strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards.

The primary client focus at In-Health Consulting includes individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly those grappling with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic, non-judgmental approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In-Health Consulting offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
