Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to accurately evaluate each patient's trauma history and determine appropriate, individualized treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and resilience, with clear goals and measurable outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Offer both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help clients process their traumatic experiences, learn positive coping strategies, and build effective support systems.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic, integrated care for clients, particularly when addressing complex cases.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate assistance when needed.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, potential coping mechanisms, and community resources available to aid in recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
