This position is designed for full-time remote work, providing the convenience of a home setting while connecting with clients through virtual platforms. Hours of operation are flexible, allowing therapists to work between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. seven days a week, meeting the needs of our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will have a range of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ histories and needs.

• Designing and implementing tailored, individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience strategies.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Offering both individual and group therapy sessions to facilitate healing, coping strategy development, and emotional support for clients.
\n
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for each patient.

• Delivering crisis intervention support during emergencies tied to trauma-related distress.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses and available resources, fostering an informed and supportive environment.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCPC in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
