Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one counseling through video chat, making space for clients to openly discuss emotions and experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to help them establish achievable therapeutic goals and encourage their progress towards those goals.

• Implement strategies to identify and counter behaviors that may be hindering the client’s recovery path.

• Advise clients on healthy coping mechanisms, ensuring they have practical tools to manage their mental health outside of sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of screened adults with stable mental health who benefit from regular psychological support. By providing teletherapy, you will engage with diverse populations, including those in underserved communities who may struggle to access in-person counseling services.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant mental health discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology. You must hold one of the following licenses:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. We provide a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, alongside weekly direct deposits for your earnings, ensuring financial stability and support for your well-being.
