Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on clients’ unique needs and backgrounds.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress, utilizing data to refine treatment plans so that they remain effective and relevant.

• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of each client's treatment journey, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with ethical guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health practitioners and professionals when necessary, to ensure continuity of care and a holistic approach to each client’s mental health.

• Uphold high ethical and legal standards in the provision of mental health services, fostering a trusting relationship with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be interacting with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clients come from all walks of life and possess varying cultural backgrounds, highlighting the importance of cultural competency in your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, ensuring a robust theoretical foundation for practice.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, which may include being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services, demonstrating the ability to adapt therapeutic methodologies to meet diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
