Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients to establish and achieve personalized treatment goals tailored to their needs, such as overcoming anxiety, depression, or trauma-related issues.

• Provide prevention-oriented therapy focused on equipping clients with coping strategies and life skills that promote resilience.

• Regularly implement, review, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, community resources, and placement agencies to coordinate multi-faceted care for clients.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner, in accordance with clinical guidelines.

• Maintain an active caseload of clients and accurately document session notes for therapeutic continuity and clinical supervision.

• Participate in staff meetings, sharing insights and contributing to discussions that enhance our team environment.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active LPC, LMFT, or LICSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
