Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique goals, preferences, and needs, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are evidence-based.

• Applying therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Monitoring client progress throughout the therapeutic process and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Mind Sight, you will primarily support clients dealing with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. We also serve vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Our goal is to offer tailored support that honors each client's unique experiences and fosters resilience through community-based therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
