Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respect and take into account each patient's cultural background, utilizing evidence-based models tailored to individual needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and family therapy, specifically designed for diverse populations.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on resilience-building strategies, emotional regulation, and coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all patients receive thorough, coordinated care in accordance with their mental health journeys.

• Provide crisis intervention support and emergency assistance, ensuring that patients experiencing acute mental health issues have immediate access to care.

• Engage in patient education initiatives, guiding families in understanding mental health conditions and available treatment resources within the community.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation consistent with ethical standards in healthcare, ensuring best practices in patient management and care continuity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
