Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish individual treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, clients, families, and other stakeholders to monitor patient progress and coordinate care effectively.

• Organize and implement home visits, where applicable, to provide in-person support and complete necessary observations and assessments.
\n
• Coordinate therapeutic programs, ensuring that all aspects of treatment are being implemented effectively and in line with best practices.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, bringing valuable insights from your direct work with clients to enhance integrative care approaches.

• Document patient progress through accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reports, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide training and support to colleagues, ensuring that all team members are well-equipped to implement treatment strategies and documentation requirements.

• Engage in follow-ups and continuous feedback sessions with clients to adapt treatment plans based on evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including both adults and youth, who are dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in a clinical environment.

• A solid understanding of ethical and legal guidelines governing mental health practice.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
