Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to determine their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Perform initial comprehensive assessments and triage patients according to their specific needs, facilitating appropriate care and interventions.

• Diligently document patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring clear communication among team members during meetings, including patient rounds.

• Use your expertise to address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients, adapting your approach based on varying age groups and circumstances.

• Manage a caseload of patients by coordinating with healthcare providers, community professionals, and programs to foster comprehensive care strategies.

• Execute Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities, helping clients complete their individualized service plans effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide array of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting distinct challenges and goals. As a mental health therapist, you will work with diverse backgrounds and experiences, providing essential support tailored to their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold an active license from the State of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating the ability to apply therapeutic techniques effectively.

• Ability to commit to a flexible schedule ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, accommodating varying patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
