Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients of all ages, including individuals, families, and groups, identifying their mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Engage with clients through various therapeutic modalities, offering evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address mental health disorders and enhance coping skills.

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to address the ongoing needs of clients and ensure they receive the highest quality of care.

• Maintain clear communication with team members through documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to discuss assessments, treatment progress, and interdisciplinary care plans.

• Provide case management services that may include referrals to external providers, community resources, or support services as needed.
