Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, establishing individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, providing one-on-one therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals in a coordinated care approach, ensuring integrated support for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing your clinical skills and empathetic approach to support clients during acute distress or emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, decreasing stigma, and advocating for the resources available to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active mental health license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to forge strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Expertise in cultural competence, allowing you to sensitively navigate interactions with individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with industry standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health setting or special populations, including knowledge of community resources and services.
