Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches for individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as case managers and psychiatrists, to provide coordinated, interdisciplinary care that addresses the holistic needs of our clients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to individuals facing acute distress, utilizing your expertise and empathy to guide them through challenging moments.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and combating stigma.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
\n
• Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively navigating the complexities of clients' diverse identities.
\n
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community mental health settings, with a focus on crisis management and intervention.

• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Prior involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits\n
