Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver individual, group, and family counseling, ensuring an adaptive approach that meets diverse client needs.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, providing a holistic approach to care that enhances client outcomes through interdisciplinary teamwork.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress or life-threatening situations, employing your clinical expertise to guide them to safety.

• Participate in community engagement initiatives and outreach programs that promote mental health awareness, decrease stigma, and educate the public on available mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license in your field (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD) is required for consideration.
