Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs effectively and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that scaffold their wellness journey.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to clients’ specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure integrated and holistic care, sharing insights, and addressing client needs from multiple perspectives.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during acute distress, utilizing your expertise to guide clients through emergencies with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as LMFT , LCSW , LMHC , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.
\n
• Demonstrated cultural competence, ensuring sensitive interactions with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

• Strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering telehealth services or familiarity with digital therapeutic platforms.

• A background in community mental health or experience working with diverse populations is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
