Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, developing personalized and actionable treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques for individual, group, and family therapy, effectively addressing an array of mental health concerns.

• Work in concert with case managers, psychiatrists, and ancillary professionals to provide cohesive and comprehensive care, facilitating referrals and integrated service delivery.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and therapeutic support for clients experiencing heightened distress, employing your training and expertise to de-escalate emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach programs, advocating for mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• Active, independent licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity, with an understanding of the varying social and cultural factors impacting mental health.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting is highly desirable.

• Keen understanding of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
