Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities as a Mental Health Therapist will include:

• Conducting thorough client assessments using standardized diagnostic tools, allowing you to define specific treatment goals tailored to individual needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy for individuals, groups, and families.

• Developing individualized treatment plans by collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure integrated and coordinated care.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, demonstrating empathy and effective de-escalation techniques in high-pressure situations.

• Participating in community outreach programs and workshops to foster mental health awareness and combat stigma within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

While not mandatory, experience in community mental health settings, previous involvement in crisis intervention, and familiarity with telehealth practices will enhance your ability to thrive in this role. Therapeutic experience with various evidence-based practices is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
