Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new patients, which involves gathering comprehensive patient histories and understanding individual needs to devise tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared experiences among participants.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other health providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Respond to mental health crises, offering immediate support and intervention to ensure patient safety and stabilization.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards through the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.
\n
• Demonstrable knowledge of clinical mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Ability to perform detailed mental health assessments and create effective treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

• Experience in delivering therapeutic services to diverse populations in both individual and group settings.
\n
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on establishing strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and the ability to exercise sound judgment.

• Technical proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
