Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
\n
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related therapeutic area.

• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources and services.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating rapport-building with clients.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities, promoting team collaboration and growth.

Preferred Experience\n

While not essential, candidates with experience in community health settings or integrated care models will find this role particularly rewarding. Familiarity with telehealth practices, as well as ongoing professional development through continued education units (CEUs), will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
