Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and support to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, guiding them through their clinical work and ensuring their professional growth.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to a variety of clients, focusing on individualized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and community resources, to coordinate and enhance overall client care.

• Engage in the development and implementation of effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and current psychological research.

• Maintain thorough and accurate case records and documentation, using our electronic health record systems to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
