Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across individual, couples, family, and group modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, such as progress notes and treatment summaries, which adhere to both clinic policies and regulatory frameworks.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with essential skills and knowledge to manage their mental health effectively.

• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to enhance the treatment experience for clients.
