Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients to identify stressors, personal challenges, and specific therapeutic goals. Develop tailored interventions that integrate mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and effective breathing techniques to cultivate self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and resilience-building methods, ensuring all participants feel included and supported.

• Incorporate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions, addressing each client's unique mental health concerns while monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
