Key Responsibilities\n

Employ various therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques—to effectively address a wide array of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate regularly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other allied health professionals to ensure a cohesive, team-based approach to client care, facilitating seamless communication and effective treatment integration.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate interventions and support, applying your professional judgment and experience to assist clients in acute distress or emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent mental health license in one of the following categories: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, exemplified by the ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse demographics.

• Strong organizational competencies, ensuring accurate and timely documentation to fulfill regulatory requirements and maintain effective client records.

• Cultural competence, demonstrating an understanding and respect for diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic factors influencing mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
