Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities to provide individualized therapy services to clients, either in one-on-one settings or group therapy sessions, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each client's challenges.

• Collaborate frequently with case managers and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care, share insights on client progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your expertise to offer immediate support and resources.

• Actively participate in community outreach efforts and educational programs designed to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma, enhancing the visibility of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Many of our clients face unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active, independent license as a LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and cultivate strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
