Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations upon client intake to accurately identify their mental health needs and co-create personalized treatment plans.

• Work in conjunction with case managers, psychiatrists, and other relevant professionals to develop and execute a coordinated care approach tailored to each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Mental Health Counselor, including LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
