Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively create tailored treatment plans that address their individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other specialized approaches to effectively deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Engage in proactive collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care that promotes optimal mental health outcomes.

• Provide essential crisis intervention services, demonstrating your compassion and expertise when clients face acute mental health crises, assuring them of the support they need during challenging moments.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at improving mental health literacy and reducing stigma within the populations we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele at the Hospice Center, including individuals facing terminal illnesses, their families, and various community members who may require mental health support. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
