Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW), you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of individual patient needs, histories, and emotional well-being.

• Utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and other therapeutic modalities to address patient-specific concerns, including trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain confidential and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, attending regular meetings to coordinate care interventions and share progress insights.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and reviewing current research to stay at the forefront of mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with terminally ill patients and their families, providing support through life transitions and the complexities of end-of-life care. Our patients often experience a range of emotional challenges, including grief, anxiety, and depression, necessitating a therapist who can approach these issues with empathy and skill.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) license in the state of New Jersey.
