Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific requirements.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of each client's progress and treatment adjustments using our electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will work with are primarily those nearing the end of life, often grappling with conditions related to chronic illness, terminal diagnoses, and emotional distress. You will provide emotional support and counseling to not only the patients but also their families, guiding them through grief, anxiety, and adjustment issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) license in Pennsylvania.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively within a remote team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health, particularly in settings focused on trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Compensation and Benefits\n
