Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing patients' specific needs.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions and continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluation and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n
