Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy interventions based on evidence-based practices to effectively address the unique challenges faced by your clients.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating techniques tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving individuals receiving hospice care, whose mental health needs are as crucial as their physical well-being. You will work with patients facing life-limiting illnesses, providing emotional support and coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances. The diverse client base includes adults of various ages, backgrounds, and experiences, presenting an opportunity for meaningful therapeutic engagements.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field; advanced degrees are preferred.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, particularly with vulnerable populations.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions for a variety of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with clients and collaborating seamlessly with your treatment team.
