Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' unique needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and couples, drawing upon modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Washington State is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
