Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health conditions, history, and current life situations.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each patient.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth, using a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster a supportive environment for patients to share experiences and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients requiring additional services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to new hires. Our benefits package includes:
