Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A core aspect of this position is the emphasis on cultural competence, as understanding and respecting clients’ backgrounds significantly contributes to therapeutic effectiveness and client trust-building.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW within the state of California.

• At least two years of direct, relevant experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proficient in providing both individual and group therapy services, employing culturally responsive approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a proven ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.
