Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, gathering comprehensive information about clients’ histories, symptoms, and goals to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate client progress during virtual sessions.

• Deliver psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community and provide resources around common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring clients receive a multidisciplinary approach that is responsive to their needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and adherence to professional ethics.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, case consultations, and team meetings, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health therapies to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on serving clients with diverse mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. You will have the chance to work with individuals of various backgrounds and age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills necessary for successful remote work.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Experience using electronic health record systems and familiar with digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
