Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
\n
• Providing ongoing mental health therapy through virtual sessions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Documenting each session thoroughly in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with the necessary reporting requirements.
\n
• Offering appropriate resource referrals to clients to bolster their care, whether that be additional counseling services, community resources, or support groups.
\n
• Engaging in regular professional supervision and training opportunities to support personal and professional growth, fostering an environment of continuous learning within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, and other mental health challenges. Our focus is on promoting holistic wellness and supporting clients from all backgrounds, including varying cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic demographics. Your ability to connect with clients empathetically and effectively will be critical in helping them accomplish their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient mental health care settings is essential, highlighting your capability in managing client caseloads and treatment plans.

• Proficiency in utilizing Office 365 and electronic health records for documenting client care and managing administrative tasks efficiently.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to form strong therapeutic alliances with clients of diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
