This full-time, remote position allows you to provide vital telehealth services to clients in need, directly contributing to the dissolution of stigma surrounding mental illness. Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Escondido, California, or anywhere across the state. You will use state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to engage with clients through live video sessions. Enjoy a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Importantly, this position does not require on-call hours, allowing you to focus on your therapeutic practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based counseling sessions with adult clients through a secure telehealth platform, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and execution.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, functional improvement tracking, and goal progress measurements to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring therapeutic effectiveness.

• Engage in ongoing consultation and support with team members, enhancing your skills and providing optimal care to patients.

• Document sessions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adult clients, many of whom may present with complex mental health challenges or higher-risk situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, with appropriate licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
