Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote working setup, providing flexibility to manage your work environment effectively. We maintain regular office hours Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours scheduled on a rotating basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to mood disorders, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other best practices.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, fostering an understanding of the therapeutic process.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research developments in mood disorders to continuously refine and enhance treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical competencies and share insights with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

• Strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is critical to success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
