Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness interventions, including MBSR, to assist clients in achieving their stress management goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing mindfulness techniques to enhance emotional regulation, self-awareness, and overall mental well-being.

• Lead interactive group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, encouraging community and support among participants.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals to create an integrated treatment plan that comprehensively addresses clients' issues and leverages mindfulness practices effectively.

• Document client progress accurately, maintaining organized records of interventions and treatment plans to track outcomes and necessary adjustments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mindfulness interventions, with a commitment to integrating mindfulness practices into therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
