Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while providing critical care from the comfort of your home. Our outpatient office is equipped with innovative telehealth technologies that enable you to connect with clients effectively. You'll work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate patient needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct deep clinical assessments, applying evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive behavioral changes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and a variety of mental health professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Participate in routine case consultations and peer review meetings that ensure continuous improvement of the care provided.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health resources, treatment methodologies, and community services that align with their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
