The position entails a Monday through Friday schedule, typically from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure patient privacy and safety.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Offer education and support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n
