Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by building strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries, ensuring a therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and communication.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and strategize future appointments, including appropriate discharge plans when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect each client's specific challenges and goals.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to best practices in record-keeping.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs and treatment requirements of new clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Engage in individual supervision to discuss case management, therapeutic techniques, and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• A current, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency with essential technology, including computer skills for documentation and management systems such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating the ability to apply various therapeutic modalities effectively.
