Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate mental health needs, utilizing standardized screening tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor, document, and track clients’ progress towards their treatment goals through regular assessments and follow-ups.

• Educate and involve clients’ families, promoting an understanding of mental health issues and encouraging active participation in the treatment process.

• Cooperate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to coordinate effective care and resources for clients.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide support to a wide array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n
