Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships, while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to support the continuity of care.

• Provide individual therapy sessions each week, integrating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques suited to each client.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to promote personal and professional growth, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Collaborate with a range of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials in Arizona.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems including RMS, Excel, and Outlook to manage client information and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, along with a fee-for-service model that ensures guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
