Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to track progress, discuss stability, and facilitate necessary discharges when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs, ensuring placement in appropriate therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions each week, focusing on evidence-based practices and interventions.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on practice.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The incumbent will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• You must possess an unrestricted, independent, current, and active LPC license in New Jersey.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Strong computer proficiency is required, including experience with excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is necessary.

• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment recommendations is expected.

Preferred Experience\n
