Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing you with the autonomy to manage your schedule while ensuring consistent support to our clients. You will work during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, which means no evenings or weekends are required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload by establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with clients, ensuring ethical boundaries are respected.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, address ongoing concerns, and determine discharge readiness when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess individual treatment plans focused on person-centered care that align with client goals.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate treatment strategies.
\n
• Document all client interactions and progress thoroughly and accurately in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Engage in supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and knowledge continuously.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care and develop comprehensive treatment solutions.

• Maintain a growth mindset by actively seeking new learning opportunities across various aspects of clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. A strong emphasis will be placed on building empathetic therapeutic relationships to help clients achieve their personal recovery goals. Your expertise will be critical in facilitating effective therapy sessions aimed at enhancing overall client well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An unrestricted, independent, and current state professional license (LPC) is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Vibra provides a Fee-for-Service model which ensures that our clinicians are paid ahead of collections with guaranteed rates. Additional benefits include:
