Our salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually.

Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work environment as counseling sessions are conducted remotely. Our remote model ensures that counselors can maintain a healthy work-life balance while still delivering exceptional care. The clinic adheres to a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, allowing for family time and personal commitments outside of work. Notably, there are no required evening or weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a designated caseload, fostering positive, trust-based relationships with clients while strictly adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with clients to evaluate their progress and stability, addressing any concerns or adjustments needed for continued treatment.

• Invent and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to establish treatment needs and goals for each client.
\n
• Engage in clinical supervision sessions for ongoing professional growth and accountability.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, ensuring integrated and holistic patient care.

• Embrace a growth mindset, continuously seeking to improve through feedback and self-reflection in your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Vibra, you will work with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. You will apply your expertise and compassion to help individuals navigate their personal journeys toward recovery and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Possession of a current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential issued by the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Demonstrated strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills.
\n
