This remote position allows for flexibility and a healthy work-life balance, eliminating the need for weekend shifts. The role accommodates various schedules, with full-time team members working Monday through Friday for 8 hours each day, while part-time counselors can work from Monday to Saturday based on team needs and personal availability. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, coupled with a generous bonus structure.
